Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. No ABA experience required as paid training is provided.

This part-time role offers a flexible schedule with afternoon and early-evening options and includes a $750 sign-on bonus. You’ll work 1:1 with children, helping build communication, social, and daily living skills, and travel locally to client homes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus one of the listed options.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance.
• Able to travel locally (20–40 miles radius) to client locations.
• Comfortable with active work including standing, kneeling, running and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!)
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child

$20.25–$23.00 per hour

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma + one of the following:
• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
