Job summary

Intercare Therapy in Oceanside, California, is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. No ABA experience needed—we provide paid training and ongoing supervision to help you succeed.

You’ll work 1:1 with clients, help develop communication, social, and daily living skills, and travel within a 20–40 mile radius to client homes. This part-time role offers flexible afternoon/evening hours and a $500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or higher with some college coursework or degree.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance.
• Willing to travel 20–40 miles to nearby client locations.
• Comfortable with physical activities including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma + one of the following:
• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
