Job summary

Rise Services Inc. seeks an Intervention Professional to provide direct one-on-one intervention for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities in school, community, or center settings.

You will document progress on goals daily and collaborate with the treatment team in accordance with each plan. Requirements include a Master's in a human services field, at least 1200 hours of supervised experience with individuals aged 0–21, and current CPR/First Aid or MANDT de-escalation

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in human services required.
• Minimum 1200 hours of paid, supervised experience with a 0–21-year-old with a developmental disability.
• CPR/First Aid certification or MANDT/de-escalation certification required.
• Background check clearance required.
• Must be ≥18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one intervention to a child or adolescent with a developmental disability in accordance with the plan for treatment.
• Document daily progress toward goals.
• Communicate effectively with parents and other providers.
• Complete required annual training requirements.
