Qualifications

• Master's Degree in human service field.
• Verifiable proof of paid, supervised experience providing services to a child (0–21) with a developmental disability for at least 1200 hours.
• 40 hour RBT training in ABA (provided by RISE) or HI certification.
• Clean background check.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one on one intervention to a child or adolescent with a developmental disability in accordance with the treatment plan.
• Document daily progress toward goals.
• Communicate effectively with parents and other providers.
• Complete required annual training requirements.
