Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in a part-time capacity, with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Roles involve 1:1 ABA work with children, supported by BCBA supervision, and access to complimentary RBT training. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, travel reimbursement where applicable, and pathways to advance to an RBT position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA or related field a plus

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
