Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in a part‑time role with growth into full‑time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Must be able to sit or stand and engage with clients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record client progress data using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
