Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism using ABA strategies. Train to become a Registered Behavior Technician and grow through our career pathway with supervision and mentoring.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; willingness to travel locally if required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• All roles may require licensure or certification per local/state rules.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
