Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks passionate individuals for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) roles. Part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with extensive training and mentorship to pursue RBT credentials.

Roles include 1:1 sessions with children on the autism spectrum, collaboration with BCBA supervision, and opportunities for career advancement through a structured growth pathway and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA strategies to support children with autism.
• Willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Strong communication with families and teams.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
