Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with children with autism in a 1:1 setting. Roles offer flexible scheduling, with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Eligible candidates can enroll in complimentary training to become an RBT and advance along a growth pathway. Responsibilities include implementing ABA-based plans under BCBA supervision, collecting data, and communicating with families

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and assist with mobility (lift up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
