Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. in the United States seeks entry-level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children with autism.

Part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand; you can enroll in complimentary 40 hour RBT training and pursue BCBA goals. Under BCBA supervision you’ll implement ABA-based plans, collect progress data, engage families, and participate in ongoing supervision and staff meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients, lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
