Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to work with children with autism in a flexible, part-time capacity. Roles include 1:1 ABA sessions, data collection, and collaboration with BCBA supervision to support progress in homes, schools, and community settings.

Compensation includes competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly bonus, and 40-hour RBT training. Opportunities for career growth toward RBT certification are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
