Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma; degree in psychology or education a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Active engagement with clients during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
