Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles. Part-time positions with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, supporting children with autism in home, school, and community settings.

You will work 1:1 with clients under BCBA supervision, implement plans, collect data, and communicate with families. Training to become an RBT is offered, plus travel reimbursements and benefits for eligible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage with clients and families in sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
