Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and RBT roles. These part-time positions offer growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with mentoring and access to complimentary RBT training.

You’ll work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision, implement tailored plans, collect progress data, and communicate with families to ensure client success. Some local travel may be required; a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; related fields also considered.
• Experience or interest in ABA therapy or working with children with autism is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
