Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism.

Part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, offering mentoring, paid training to become an RBT, and a clear career growth pathway. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
