Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. This part-time role offers growth into full-time as caseloads expand, with training toward RBT certification.

Responsibilities include 1:1 sessions under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families and clinical teams. Flexible scheduling, travel reimbursement where applicable, and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
