Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism. Position offers part-time hours with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, plus funded RBT training and advancement paths.

Roles involve 1:1 sessions, data collection, and coordinating with families and the clinical team under BCBA supervision, with travel if needed. A supportive, training-focused environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psych/education a plus.
• ABA therapy/childcare experience preferred.
• Ability to engage clients and families.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect & record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training.
