Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings.

Part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. We offer complimentary RBT training, mentorship, and a clear growth pathway from BA to RBT, plus travel reimbursement and holiday pay where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degrees a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.
• Able to work 1:1 with children under supervision and apply ABA strategies.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
