Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs. Part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, offering upfront RBT training and local travel as needed.

Roles involve one-on-one ABA sessions with children with autism under BCBA supervision, data collection, and collaboration with families. Benefits include training, travel reimbursement, and a clear growth pathway to an RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
