Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is hiring entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism. Roles are part-time with growth to full-time as caseloads expand, and training to become an RBT is provided.

You will work 1:1 with children under supervision, receive comprehensive benefits, travel reimbursement where applicable, and an opportunity to advance through a clear career pathway. Local licensure requirements apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
