Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in California seeks entry level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to support children with autism across home, school and community. Part-time roles offer growth to full-time as caseloads expand, with complimentary RBT training and supervision.

You will work 1:1 under a BCBA, learn data collection, and pursue PBS treatment goals while enjoying flexible scheduling and a clear career path toward becoming an RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally (if required)
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus
• Active engagement with clients, ability to sit/stand and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training
