Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) in California is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and RBT roles.

Part-time positions with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand; you can enroll in complimentary training to become an RBT, with supervision by a BCBA and opportunities as SA roles if BCBA is in your future. PBS offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, quarterly bonuses up to $500 for those averaging 25 hours weekly, holiday pay, a clear career

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher; BA/BS a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
