Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced RBT roles in California. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are offered, with complimentary RBT training to help you grow within the organization.

You will work 1:1 with children with autism under a BCBA, implement individualized plans, and contribute to progress tracking and family communication. Training and supervision are provided as part of a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally (if required).
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
