Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking an Entry Level Behavior Assistant and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. Roles are part-time with growth opportunities as caseloads expand, including possible transition to full-time. Training to become an RBT is provided, with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during sessions.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
