Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children with autism in 1:1 settings. Roles start part-time with growth to full-time as caseloads expand, offering comprehensive training to become an RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's in psychology or related field a plus.
• Experience or interest in ABA therapy, childcare or education is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• High level of reliability and ability to engage children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend supervision sessions, team meetings and ongoing training.
