Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs. Part-time roles offer growth into full-time positions as caseloads expand, with mentoring and a complimentary RBT training program.

Roles involve 1:1 work with children with autism, data tracking, and collaboration with families and clinical teams. Local travel may be required and compensation includes bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BS in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Experience or interest in ABA therapy or related field is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to support client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
