Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking an Entry Level Behavior Assistant or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism. Part-time positions with potential growth to full-time as caseloads expand are offered.

The role includes complimentary RBT training, mentoring, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive, growth-focused environment. Roles require adherence to local/state licensure and certification; traveling locally may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related degrees or BCBA/BCBA-aspiration is a plus.
• Experience with ABA, childcare, education, or related field is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel locally and work with families in homes, schools, and communities.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings, and ongoing training.
