Qualifications

• High school diploma; BA in psychology or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related field preferred.
• Ability to engage clients and maintain safety during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
