Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistant and experienced RBT roles to support children with autism across home, school, and community settings.

Part-time positions available with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, offering complimentary training to become an RBT, travel reimbursement where applicable, and a comprehensive benefits package for 30+ hour weekly staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; related bachelor degree a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients during sessions.
• ABA therapy experience or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
