Job summary

Achieving True Self in Pennsylvania is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and candidates pursuing BCBA certification to join our mission-driven team. You will design ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to deliver ethical, impactful care.

We offer mentorship, supervision, tuition discounts, flexible scheduling, and strong administrative support to help you grow professionally while delivering high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification (or in progress) required.
• LBS license in PA (or in progress) required.
• Evening availability 2–3 days a week preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Create and oversee ABA treatment plans aligned with client goals.
• Supervise and train RBTs, BCBA supervisees, and BHTs.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent treatment at home.
• Collect, analyze, and document treatment data to monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Foster engaging, compassionate sessions to support learning for young clients.
