Achieving True Self is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts and candidates pursuing BCBA certification to join our supportive, mission-driven team in Pennsylvania. You’ll provide evidence-based ABA treatment, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to deliver impactful care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA Certification (or in the process of certification).
• LBS License (or in the process of licensure) in Pennsylvania.
• A passion for mentoring and developing new talent to support exceptional clinical outcomes for our clients.
• Evening availability 2-3 days a week preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with proof of car insurance and a clean driving record.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Create fun, effective learning environments by engaging sessions.
• Provide mentorship and training to RBTs, BCBA supervisees, and BHTs.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent, home-based treatment.
• Collect, analyze, and document treatment data to guide progress.
• Deliver compassionate, ethical care while maintaining professional standards.
