Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to design and oversee ABA programs, supervise assistants, and ensure high-quality services for clients with behavioral challenges. You will collaborate with families and professionals to maximize outcomes.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, travel to client locations, and a flexible, mission-driven team focused on meaningful change for families affected by autism spectrum disorders.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB credentials.
• Related psychology/behavior analysis degree required.
• Experience supervising staff and RBTs.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and mentoring to team members and RBTs.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
