Achieving True Self is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts and those pursuing BCBA certification in Pennsylvania. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• BCBA Certification (or in process).
• LBS Licensure (or in process) in Pennsylvania.
• Interest in mentoring and developing new talent to support exceptional clinical outcomes.
• Evening availability 2–3 days a week preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with proof of car insurance and clean driving record.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, effective learning environments and engaging sessions.
• Flexible hours; after-school sessions 3+ days a week, part-time possible while caseload grows.
• Tailor treatment plans to meet needs and family preferences.
• Provide empathy, professionalism, and ongoing progress.
• Document and follow through with treatment plans and data records.
