Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and oversee ABA programs, conduct FBAs, and supervise Behavior Assistants, RBTs, and student analysts across home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB and a related degree.
• All roles subject to local and state licensure, credentialing and certification requirements.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and family members.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
