Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and supervise ABA programs, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Experience developing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and Analysts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Must meet licensure requirements per local/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home/school/community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
