Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our PBS team. Our BCBAs design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise team members, and ensure high-quality ABA services for clients.

We value family-centered care, collaboration with families and professionals, and ongoing mentorship and clinical support. Travel to client locations is required in some roles; flexible scheduling is available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and caregivers.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and PBS policies.
