Job summary

Higher Aspirations Behavior Services is seeking a BCBA/BCaBA certified professional to join our team in Florida. You will teach replacement and verbal behaviors, and independently manage a caseload with supervision available.

Responsibilities include completing FBAs, developing Behavior Plans, and delivering timely reports, logs, data, graphs and progress notes. Training staff and coordinating sessions with families are essential parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be BCABA or BCBA certified.
• Ability to pass Live Scan and background checks.
• Complete training per APD standards.
• Bachelor's in Psychology or related field; MA/MS preferred.
• 2+ years of experience developing and implementing behavioral programs.

Responsibilities

• Teach replacement behavior, acquisition skills and verbal behavior.
• Manage caseloads independently with supervision provided.
• Complete FBA assessments and develop Behavior Plans.
• Submit reports, logs, data, graphs and progress for cases.
• Train and monitor staff/caregivers on programs.
• Attend support plan and treatment team meetings.
• Schedule sessions with individuals and families.
