Job summary

Kids Therapy Tower LLC is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric ABA team in Florida. The BCBA will supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and design individualized treatment plans to improve outcomes for children with developmental disabilities, including autism.

The role requires strong data collection, collaboration with families and professionals, and meticulous documentation in line with HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst with active certification (BCBA).
• Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with developmental disabilities, including autism.
• Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and training families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise RBTs and complete competency assessments for supervisees.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and create individualized plans.
• Implement evidence-based ABA interventions.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Provide training to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic client care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation.
• Assist with intake processes and accurate record documentation.
