Job summary

New Patterns ABA in Middleburg, FL seeks a dedicated BCBA to diagnose, assess, and treat behavioral disorders in children. You will develop and implement individualized behavior plans, coach staff, and monitor data across programs to promote positive outcomes.

Responsibilities include conducting Parent Training, coordinating with the Clinical Supervisor, and maintaining flexible hours to address client needs in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or in progress with eligible supervision.
• Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to use data to drive treatment decisions.
• Experience coaching staff and supervising program implementation.
• Experience developing and adapting individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess functioning levels via standardized tests, FBA, and FA.
• Develop detailed assessments, goals and programming for clients.
• Coach staff and oversee program implementation with clients.
• Develop and monitor data collection across programs.
• Lead Parent Training on treatment goals meaningful to families.
• Address parental concerns with Clinical Supervisor for resolution.
• Maintain flexible hours to meet client needs.
• Communicate regularly with Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director.

New Patterns ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in Middleburg FL. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in the diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of behavioral disorders in children. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans to promote positive behaviors and improve overall quality of life.

Your responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Assess levels of functioning through specific standardized assessments as well as Functional Behavioral Assessments and Functional Analyses.

• Develop meaningful and detailed assessments, treatment goals and programming to address the needs of each client.

• Provide coaching and mentoring to staff while overseeing implementation of programs with clients.

• Develop and monitor data collection for all programs being run.

• Conduct Parent Training on specific treatment goals that are meaningful to the family.

• Respond to parental concerns regarding programming and/or staffing issues by investigating, gathering information and reporting the the assigned Clinical Supervisor for resolution.

• Have flexible hours to be responsive to client needs.

• Communicate with The Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director on a regular basis and through monthly Leadership meetings and Supervision meetings.
