Job summary

Little Rays ABA in Florida is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee treatment programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to promote meaningful progress for children with ASD.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and train RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and schools to ensure treatment consistency.
• Track and document client progress, adjusting programming as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and organizational standards.

We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)all over Florida. We have full time and part time positions.The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing treatment programs, supervising behavior technicians, and partnering with families to create positive, lasting outcomes.
