Responsibilities

• Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments when needed
• Updates objectives mastered for reduction and acquisition
• Observes therapists implementing programs weekly
• Provides praise or corrective feedback weekly
• Discusses client progress with caregiver weekly
• Trains parents monthly
• Completes therapist evaluations weekly
• Submits reports on time
• Completes daily progress notes
• Attends monthly BFS staff meetings
• Collaborates with families and schools on intervention plans
• Participates in team meetings for treatment discussions
• Coordinates care with PCP, specialists, other therapists, and schools
