Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs in in-district classrooms and standalone schools.

The role offers meaningful student impact, growth opportunities, and teamwork within a multidisciplinary setting. You will work one-on-one or in small groups, implement behavior support plans, document progress, and collaborate with teachers under the CASE PBIS framework.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Experience working in an educational setting implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support students one-on-one or in small groups to help meet IEP goals.
• Assist in development and modification of behavior support plans.
• Record data on behaviors, progress toward goals and incidents.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent plan implementation.
• Provide personal care support as needed and communicate with parents.
