Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs under their Individualized Education Plan (IEP).

You will implement behavior plans, monitor progress, maintain data logs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with behavioral interventions preferred.
• Experience in educational settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with an assigned student to support goals in the IEP.
• Assist in development and modification of behavior support plans.
• Record and track data on behaviors, progress toward goals, and incidents.
• Utilize behavior support strategies and de-escalation techniques.
• Collaborate with parents and interdisciplinary team to ensure consistency.
• Provide required personal care support as needed.
