Job summary

AlphaBEST Education is seeking a part-time Before and After School Group Leader in Colorado Springs. You will lead groups of student explorers through activities in fitness, the arts, technology, and more, helping ignite children's sense of wonder.

You will work with teammates to foster creativity and curiosity while maintaining a caring environment that supports strong relationships among staff, children, and parents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 455 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+).
• Must be 18+ years old (preferred).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.

AlphaBEST Education - Before and After School Group Leader

Location: Vanguard Schools (Upper/lower location), Colorado Springs, CO 80905

Schedule: No weekends! Monday-Friday, 6:30 am til start of school and/or 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Here's What You'll Need

• A minimum of 455 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+) and be 18+ years old is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours)
