Job summary

AlphaBEST Education is seeking a Pre-K Site Director at Lopez Elementary School in Fort Collins, CO. Schedule is Monday-Friday with an AM/PM split shift, including 8-4 on Friday.

This is a part-time leadership role overseeing extended-day, enrichment programs that support student growth beyond the school day. You will lead a team to deliver engaging activities across World Languages, STEAM, fitness, Maker and Arts while prioritizing child safety and a welcoming environment for kids, families,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old with 460 verifiable hours with children (ages 4+)
• Willing to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Level 2 PDIS completed
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
