You’ll foster a safe, high-energy learning space, supporting growth across language, science, arts, and fitness, while partnering with families and staff. The role emphasizes child safety, teamwork, and a welcoming environment where every child feels included and encouraged to explore.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• 18+ years old and six months of verifiable childcare experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Must be registered and have full clearance from AZ childcare licensing agency.

Schedule: M-F 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm (hours may vary) NO WEEKENDS!

Location: Oro Valley, AZ 85742/85755

We're looking for an early learning professional who:

• Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
• Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed

Requirements:

• 18+ years old and six months of verifiable childcare experience is preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Must be registered (or become registered) and have full clearance from the AZ childcare licensing agency
