Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a part-time Group Leader for our before- and after-school programs in Windsor, CO.

Schedule: Monday–Friday mornings 6:30–8:00 and/or afternoons 2:30–6:00, at various elementary schools in Windsor 80550. You'll lead child-centered activities across World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts, while keeping safety a top priority and building positive relationships with kids, families, and school staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4+)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll help shape meaningful before and after-school moments that help kids learn, grow, and thrive. You'll gain valuable experience working with children and collaborating with a team.

Pay & Benefits
