Cherry Creek School District is seeking a dedicated Before and After School Leader to assist the program director in planning and implementing a high-quality childcare program. You will work to foster strong community relations among families and school staff, ensure safety, and contribute to enriching activities.

In this role, you will help develop daily programming, supervise students, and support staff in delivering engaging lessons and field trips.

Formación

• Criminal background check and fingerprinting required.
• Leader must be 18 years or older.
• Must demonstrate ability to work with children.
• Annual/licensing training hours requirement (15 clock hours).
• Ability to develop and utilize appropriate discipline procedures.
• Some leadership and management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the program director in planning and implementing the child care program.
• Follows and enforces licensing requirements (Daily).
• Engage with students during program times (Daily).
• Maintain safe conditions for students and staff (Daily).
• Promote and market the program for before/after care (Daily).
• Attend professional development trainings as required by licensing and district (Daily).
• Assist with lesson planning and program activities (Monthly).
• Assist with maintenance and storage of equipment and supplies (Monthly).
• Contribute ideas for enrichment activities and program quality (Monthly).
• Create and implement activities and field trips for full-day programming (Monthly).
• Attend monthly staff meetings as required by director (Monthly).
• Perform other duties as assigned (Daily).
