Job summary

Right At School is seeking a Program Manager to lead before- and after-school enrichment programs in our local districts. You will oversee staff, ensure safety and engaging activities, and support families with clear communication.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of experience with children under 13, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• 2 years of direct experience working with children under 13.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• 18+ years of age.
• Proof of High School Diploma or GED and 12 college credits.
• Experience with children and knowledge of special needs.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Ability to meet state-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Uphold safety and joy standards; coach staff to maintain quality service.
• Engage families and partner schools; ensure clear, proactive communication.
• Oversee daily routines, attendance, and program activities.
• Ensure licensing standards and policy compliance; document essentials.
