Qualifications

• Criminal background check required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience supervising children in a care setting
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement activities and maintain safety

Responsibilities

• Assist program director to plan and implement the child care program
• Supervise students during program times
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff and district personnel
• Maintain safe conditions for students and staff
• Promote and market before/after care and full day programming
• Participate in professional development trainings
• Assist with lesson plans and enrichment activities
• Coordinate activities and field trips for full day programming
• Attend monthly staff meetings
• Perform other duties as assigned
